Covid-19 has become outbreak around the world. we had been facing unprecedented problem that caused million of people passed away and it highly likely that this pandemic could be frightening Us. My team and I have initiating research to cope this problem there by investigating wether or not Mahagony seed could be effective medication.

My team and I have initially thought that Mahoghany seed could be medication due to the fact that it traditionally used for curing dengue disease and it can even be used as efficacy drugs for Disease- causing Virus. henceforth, this could be potentially used for Covid medication.

The project was about assessing the interaction from Ligand, in this case secondary metabolite, with Spike protein belongs to Covid-19 thereby using Docking method. this process employed online softwere Biovia and visualized by using Chimera. based on the result, there was interaction between substantial molecule (Secondary metabolites from Mahoghany and Spike Protein from Covid-19) with affinity binding significantly low.
